This can be a certain trigger, thought patterns, beliefs, people, environments, type of work, specific situations, recurring conflicts, etc.
Energy Leadership Index Assessment: Uses this unique tool to assess and reflect on how clients’ energy shows up in different situations, offering a foundation for targeted improvement.
Real-Time Energy Shifts: Facilitates practical strategies for clients to notice and shift their energy in the moment, helping them move from negative or draining states to more empowering and productive ones.
Empowering Communication and Action: Provides tools to help clients experiment with new ways of communicating and responding - both verbally and non-verbally - enabling more effective and energizing interactions.
Habit Transformation: Steps into the client’s personal world to identify energy-draining habits and replace them with new, more energizing patterns. Reinforces these changes to ensure lasting transformation through the brain's neuroplasticity.

How did you become an Energy Coach?
Throughout my work as a Learning Designer, Facilitator, and Leader, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of coaching. This realization stems from two key experiences.
FIRST, the profound impact coaching has had on my own career. Every coach I’ve worked with has helped me break through barriers, accelerating my progress regardless of where I was in my journey.
SECOND, I’ve seen the powerful effects coaching can have on employee and leadership development. Through this experience, I’ve come to believe strongly that traditional training alone doesn’t create lasting change. It’s only when training is combined with reinforcement—such as coaching—that individuals and teams can build new, effective patterns of behavior and ways of working.
I began coaching while facilitating and leading, supporting students and leaders to move forward in their journeys. Over time, I noticed that many people were struggling with recurring, unhelpful patterns, which prompted me to focus on the deeper obstacles they faced. That’s when I discovered Energy Coaching as a methodology. After training as an Energy Coach in 2022, I earned my ACC credential and now integrate this approach into my work.
Coaching individuals and teams has become one of my greatest passions. The insights and perspectives my clients share continually inspire me. Sometimes, all we need is someone to help us uncover what we already know. That’s the magic of coaching.
What does working with an Energy Coach look like?
Coaching is a term that often gets used for many different purposes, which can create confusion. For me, coaching isn’t about giving advice, following a set process, or digging into your past. It’s a methodological and ethical practice focused on helping you see things in a completely new way, unlock new opportunities, and break through barriers you didn’t even realize were there.
When you work with me as an Energy Coach, we collaborate in the following way:
Discovery Call: In our first meeting, we’ll focus on getting to know each other to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and confident that I understand your goals. This call is free of charge and gives you the opportunity to decide if you'd like to move forward with the coaching process.
Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment: I recommend to begin with this optional online assessment, followed by a 2-hour debrief. The ELI Assessment provides immediate, powerful insights into how your daily energy impacts your progress and what may be holding you back from reaching your goals.
Coaching Sessions: These are 60-minute sessions, held either via video call or in person. In the first session, we’ll clarify your goals and vision. In future sessions, we’ll continue working towards your goals, setting an intention for each session. Alternatively, you can use the sessions to address immediate challenges without needing a long-term goal upfront.
Tools and Strategies: As a Facilitator and Learning Designer, I offer a variety of tools for leadership, team effectiveness, and personal development. If an opportunity arises, I’ll seek your permission to share a relevant tool that could support your journey.
Reflection: After each session, I provide written reflections to help you deepen your insights and assess how they resonate with you, encouraging further self-reflection.

Bring your current dilemma, and we'll facilitate you towards a solution that best fits your needs. Sessions are conducted via online video for your convenience.
Strategic, 6 sessions: This package is perfect for those looking to tackle one or two specific goals, whether it's about personal growth, career advancement, parenting, relationships, health, or any other aspect of life that matters to you. Sessions conducted over online video or face-to-face in the area.

Reflection report
E4G process, 12 sessions: Are you ready to make a significant transformation? In this 3-6-month / 12 session package we will take an inventory of your life, access where the bottlenecks are and tackle them head on so that you can optimize your life. This package is not for the faint at heart. Grit & Determination are required. Sessions conducted over video conferencing or face-to-face in the area.
